Are you good with people and can you express yourself clearly both orally and in writing? Would you like to actively contribute to the development and promotion of our top couples in the junior, elite and senior squads?

We are looking for staff members with or without dance experience to support our team leader and to work in the team with immediate effect or by appointment.

Your activities in the Cadre development include in each case in cooperation with the cadre manager

• • Participate in the planning and execution of the annual cadre measures
  • Oral and written contact with the athletes, their parents and coaches
  • Administrative support for further cadre training measures

Expenditure per year

• • Around 60 hours/year incl. 2 cadre weekends and 2 - 3 team meetings (also online)
    (Part-time positions can also be taken on).
