Posture - Drive - CBM - The follow-up training to the trainer training programme
Motto: Technology needs organisation* - organisation needs methodology.
This workshop is designed as a follow-up module to the coach training course that has already started and is part of a year-long development programme that is being implemented in cooperation with the ÖTSV. It deepens key content in a compact, practical training format.
The focus is on posture, drive and CBM as tangible technique training. Step sequences are taught, demonstrated, analysed and repeated in segments. The aim is to achieve a more stable, efficient and tournament-relevant movement.
The structure is based directly on the WDSF scoring criteria:
- controlled balanced body posture
- wing / drive actions
- use of body weight in rotation

Markus Hackl combines technique, movement science and assessment practice in international dance sport.

The workshop will be broadcast live on ZOOM.
Registration is required for participation (also online). The workshop will be recorded.
Attendance in person is strongly recommended, as the impact, corrections and exchange are significantly greater live.
- As part of the support programme, participation is free of charge for STSV and ÖTSV members. The number of participants is limited.

*Organisation refers to the functional interaction of the body elements during movement.
