Trainer training 2

The workshop „Drive (Standard) and Walk (Latin) - Posture in motion“ deals with the question of how posture in movement can be recognised, analysed and specifically improved. The focus is on understanding posture as a fundamental prerequisite for functional movement and not as its result. The aim is to recognise typical error patterns in movement, assign specific causes to them and apply simple, effective interventions.

  • Objectives:
    • Recognising posture in movement
    • Assign central error patterns
    • Use simple, effective interventions

  • Instruction phase (10.00-12.30):
    • Basics: Posture as a prerequisite, not as a result; movement from the supporting leg via the pelvis
    • Difference between Drive (Standard) and Walk (Latin)
  • Differentiation:
    • Drive (standard): forward movement from the standing leg; the pelvis carries the movement, the upper body remains organised
    • Walk (Latin): continuous weight transfer, transport instead of «taking a step», stability in movement
  • Error images:
    • Posture collapses in step; movement is generated with the upper body; interruption in the flow of movement
  • Methodical preparation:
    • One focus per intervention
    • Tasks instead of multiple corrections
    • Observe before intervening
  • Practical phase (13.00-15.00):
    • Work in small groups with one pair each
    • Perceive: Observe movement, recognise posture in movement
    • Intervention: targeted intervention (one focus), simple tasks
    • Reflection: What changes? What remains stable? Where does the structure break?
