Youth+Sport (Y+S) is the national federal funding programme for children and youth sport - in over 85 sports, including dancing! It supports clubs, associations and schools with contributions for courses, camps and competitions - and ensures that young people remain active in sport. The STSV supports this approach.
An important pillar: the training and further education of leaders. Anyone who would like to support our "young dance sport talents" and accompany them on their way will receive in-depth basic training (5-6 days) through Y+S. If you enjoy working with young people, have a basic knowledge of standard and Latin dances and are over 17 years old, then take the opportunity to become an Y+S instructor for standard/Latin dancing!

Children's and youth dance teacher swissdance - one step more
In addition, swissdance with the two-year children's and youth dance teacher training programme, a recognised dance teacher diploma that is specifically geared towards working with children and young people. The STSV and swissdance have decided to co-operate in this regard and recommend this training.
