Davide Corrodi and Maja Kucharczyk from Tanzsportclub Zug narrowly missed out on reaching the final of the World Ten Dance Championships in Sarajevo. At the highlight of their season, they secured seventh place among 30 couples in Bosnia and Herzegovina. This equalled their result from last year in Spain, which they would naturally have liked to have surpassed this weekend.
In the capital of Bosnia and Herzegovina, the world championship title went to Italians Lorenzo Albaretti and Aleksandra Raksatova, who had already become European champions in Rome a few weeks earlier. Kozhnevnikov and Metelitsa (Israel) and Dobrecovs and Levtchenko (Latvia) secured silver and bronze.
