On Saturday, 7 October, the Glattal Cup will take place for the 11th time in the hall of the Doktorhaus in Wallisellen. This event of the Turniertanzsportclub Zürich promises exciting competitions and first-class dance performances.
The spectators will miss the currently most successful Swiss couple Davide Corrodi/Maja Kucharczyk, who are preparing for the World Championships Ten Dance. That is why the SM revenge against Kasilov/Dreier, who are to be favoured in the standard main category, is cancelled. Four TTZ couples are competing in the main Latin category, turning the Glattalpokal into an extended club championship.
Over the years, the Glattal Cup has also become a popular event for foreign dance couples. 14 dance couples from neighbouring countries give the attractive tournament an international touch.
